Project overview
Created AI motion and generative content R&D for Industrial Color - creating marketing and reel content that both refreshed the company's visual identity and tested the real limits of what generative AI could do alongside traditional CGI workflows. The work spanned multiple verticals like fashion, sneakers, technology, beverage, jewelry. Exploring how AI could accelerate the earliest stages of production: rapid brainstorming, story iteration, fabric simulation testing, and visual concepting. The goal wasn't to replace traditional production but to define where AI creates genuine hybrid value - how quickly you can get from a brief to a convincing visual direction that a CGI team can then execute and elevate.
Challenges
The hardest part of R&D work is knowing when something is ready to show. Every test reveals what the tools can't do as much as what they can, and the work had to be honest about both. Building a vocabulary for where AI fits in a production workflow that's been refined over decades required both technical fluency and the trust of the teams working alongside it.

Results
Ongoing. Marketing reel content produced and in use. R&D findings informing hybrid AI + CGI workflow development across client verticals.
